Rodeo Rodizio Brazilian Steakhouse opens its first facility near the Carolina Place Mall to add a ?Brazilian Flair? to the Charlotte area. This exciting concept is a heaven for meat and salad lovers alike. The ?Churrascaria Rodizio? type of dining is a must for those counting carbs, for those who love a great meaty dinner, for those who enjoy freshly made salads and fruits, for those who cater to the ?all you can eat? establishments, and for those who simply enjoy a great meal in a cozy atmosphere.
As native Brazilian owner Maria Schultz explains, ?This great concept allows guests to sample ample amounts of meat in one dining experience. E even have a sumptuous salad buffet for the vegan/vegetarians.?
Fotr those who do not know how this amazing concept works, soon after being seated and deciding upon a great selection of wines to accompany your meal, guests are invited to the salad and hot dishes buffet. There are many delicious choices of salads: shrimp, chicken celery, mayonnaise potato, bacon and lettuce, heart palm salad with green beans, cascade salad, spring mix, tropical fruits, and vinaigrette. Some of the hot sides include white rice, black bean ?feijoada?, roasted potato, collard greens and the all favorite --farofa (mixture of yucca flour?a flour or meal made from a Brazilian tuber, bacon, and Brazilian spice and then fried).
Then, upon turning the cards from red to green, like a well-organized parade driven by Gauchos servers trained to provide you with all your dining needs, the meats start to arrive at your table.
What sets these meats apart from the others is the marinating process. White meats are marinated overnight in a mixture of garlic, salt and lime juice. The red meats are seasoned with sea salt only. These marinates create some of the most flavorful dining experience you?ll ever have. Then, they are slowly grilled to perfection over an open mesquite charcoal grill to enhance the flavors. They range from chicken drumsticks, baby beef, top sirloin, pork loin, ribs and filet mignon. When you think it cannot get better, the dessert choices are unbelievable. Passion Fruit Mousse, ?Manjar dos Deuses, among others are delights for all taste buds.
Rodeo features a fixed-price dinner (introductory rate of $ 29.95), which includes unlimited servings from a well-stocked gourmet salad bar, meats and traditional Brazilian side dishes.
For soccer fanatics, Rodeo is showing all the Brazilian games in the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
The restaurant opens Monday through Friday from 5PM to 10PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 12PM to 10PM. They also do catering, parties, corporate and special events.
Rodeo Rodizio Brazilian Steakhouse is located at 391 Towne Centre Blvd., in Pineville, NC 28134, just west of the Carolina Place Mall, behind Talbots Petite.
