And only one super-skilled technician will be considered the greatest of them all after competing in the 2011 Maintenance Mania? National Championship.
Join nearly 1,000 spectators to watch this fast-paced race of skill and timing offered by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and presenting sponsor HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. The eight-event competition culminates with a Pinewood Derby-style race of cars, constructed by maintenance technicians with common maintenance parts and materials, on a 32-foot long track.
The annual National Championship features winners from nearly 60 local Maintenance Mania? competitions around the country.
The competition takes place at NAA's 2011 Education Conference & Exposition where more than 5,000 apartment industry professionals are gathered to address critical multifamily housing industry issues.
Twenty of the country?s most skilled maintenance technicians, who competed against approximately 4,000 others nearly 60 events held nationwide over the past year.
